Midwest Regional Director

Ms. Faustina Mensah is a 3rd-year doctoral student in the Higher Education and Student Affairs Program at Ohio University. She is also pursuing a Master’s in Educational Research and Evaluation. She is an international student from Ghana and has an impressive record of student advocacy as highlighted by Ohio University student spotlight. Her research focus is on understanding the support systems for foster youth in college. Her leadership was recently acknowledged by Ohio University and she is the 2021 Outstanding Student Leader Award recipient (Doctoral Level). She is the Founder and Executive Chair of an advocacy group, the International Students Task Force, which also received the Edwin L. Kennedy Community Leadership Award (Organization).
